Thank you thank you thank you Shannon for all you do. I cannot imagine my life without this podcast in it! I've learned so much about how to be an inclusive and caring yoga teacher. And I thought I already was!! There is not one episode that at the end I thought I didn't learn anything. So many nuggets and takeaways. I appreciate you and your team so much. Sending you so much love and gratitude. -Kelly
Hi Shannon, In episode 272 you asked for us to review your podcast and I thought I had already done so but I hadn’t. I love your voice, it’s so calm and easy to listen to. Your recording is of high quality and I really appreciate that, especially because I usually listen while I’m driving. Your topics are always thought provoking and useful. I often feel revitalized and eager to get to work after listening. Thanks for keeping me in the loop of what’s happening in the yoga world! From Langley BC Canada
I’m so grateful for this podcast as a resource to continue to develop, refine & challenge my yoga practice as teacher & practitioner. While folding laundry LOL. Shannon’s topics and guests are diverse, and I love her thoughtful, curious, warm approach to the interviews. I always leave an episode with more questions than I had at the start, in the best way!
So grateful for this connection, the way you engage in real conversation (listening to guests and listeners as well as sharing your own experience), and every opportunity you present for learning and reflection. I look forward to every episode and always have a practical takeaway to use in my personal practice (life) and in practice with others. Thank you for paying attention, asking the tough questions, and remaining authentic, vulnerable, teachable. What a great role model and resource!
I have been listening to this podcast for a couple of years now and it has definitely been a part of my growth as a yoga teacher over time. I was inspired to join the Pelvic Health Professionals Membership that Shannon also runs and that has been a great decision/investment in my personal and professional development too. I really value how candidly Shannon presents. Her interviews regarding social justice and cultural appropriation considerations have been so helpful as I navigate this space as a yoga teacher, continuing to learn and seek to improve.
