Hi Shannon, thank you so much for this podcast. I love listening when I am running, walking the dogs or waiting for the kids to come out from school. I am a yoga teacher in the UK and I find the wide range of topics that you cover to be supportive, inspiring and hugely helpful. I most recently listened to episode 140 on planning workshops. This came at the perfect time for me as I am beginning to host more workshops and courses and the way you explained how to go about going through the different steps was really clear and super helpful. What you said about starting with the exact experience you want people to walk away with help make things clear for me. So thank you, keep on doing what you are doing!
Calming, genuine, and informative

Shannon’s voice is so calming. It is a wonderfully peaceful way to receive information. Even though I’m not a yoga teacher, I am a business owner, and I find the episodes very informative and applicable. Shannon and her team really care about the yoga community, and are always striving to delivery quality content with a bit of humour and lots of authenticity.

Shannon’s podcast keeps me telling connected-no joke! I enjoy her guests, topics, questions and overall approach to presenting updated information that yoga teachers need.

Shannn's mix of guests with personal reflection provides so many strategies for enhancing the way we live our yoga practice--intentional, intersectional, challenging, and powerful.
Episode 332

I loved this episode ! It’s exactly what I needed to hear today bc I woke up this morning so emotional about how I have zero confidence in teaching right now and I honestly feel like I haven’t found my authenticity to add to a class yet . That is important and what stands out the most to me when I take a class . It’s the little things that makes the class memorable. I personally need to find my voice and my little thing that makes me shine and remembered.
