Just what I needed!

This is a fantastic podcast for new and continuing yoga teachers. I stumbled across this podcast when I was just about to start teaching, i.e. the moment when I realised there was still sooo much I didn’t know! I did a 350hr YTT but as I graduated I felt like I had so much left to learn. I love the breadth and range of topics in this podcast, and Shannon’s openness to different perspectives allows the listener to question and learn, no matter where they are at in their yoga journey. Every time I listen, I come away with more knowledge but also more questions! I love how Shannon and the team find people who are passionate about their area, it makes me so much more interested to listen and learn. I joined in for the pelvic health knowledge, but I’ll be sticking around for connectedness, some accountability, and to keep broadening my scope of thought in the yoga realm. Thanks for keeping it real Shannon and always trying to honour real yoga in this podcast.
so much actionable knowledge

Dear Shanon,
You inspire me every Monday wenn I listen your new podcast. Thank you for the courage for the theme’s you are lately on. I think it’s time to rethink our thoughts and patterns about other people, cultures, gender and more. Yes! Now it’s the time. And you give me a new question to think about every Monday. Also till next week! And stay strong and happy.
Namasté (and I don’t say this often, only wenn I feel it so. Also Namasté for you)

Thank you thank you thank you Shannon for all you do. I cannot imagine my life without this podcast in it! I've learned so much about how to be an inclusive and caring yoga teacher. And I thought I already was!! There is not one episode that at the end I thought I didn't learn anything. So many nuggets and takeaways. I appreciate you and your team so much. Sending you so much love and gratitude. -Kelly
