Shannon shares her journey of learning about the koshas so that you can easily weave it into your own yoga practice or into the classes, workshops or retreats that you are leading. She offers a list of resources to look to as well as ideas on asana, pranayama and meditation for the koshas.

Each week (beginning Saturday, July 29, 2017) a new podcast episode with one kosha as the focus will be released.
